The staff members were all very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The doorman even greeted us with a smile and offered to help with our bags as soon as we arrived, which was a really nice touch. Another thing we appreciated was the prompt responsiveness of the staff. Whenever we needed something during our stay, they responded quickly and with a positive attitude. the location was great - we had easy access to all the main tourist attractions in the area.
We did have a few minor issues during our stay. there was no hot water for two days, which made taking a shower a bit uncomfortable.

I had a pretty good time overall. the staff members were the kindest. They would address our concerns and needs promptly. the location was perfect for us as it was very accessible. , the room was spotless and well-maintained. Everything was squeaky clean which makes all the difference when you're away from home.
There were a couple of things that I did not like. there was no hot water which means I had to take cold showers during my entire stay.

The hotel was surrounded by nice locations, with a variety of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy and spacious. Although the bathroom lacked shampoo and conditioner, the staff provided slippers on request. The doorman was very polite and welcoming.
There were no hot water for two days, which made for a rather chilly shower experience.
